Take a dip in our SkyPool, which is heated to 32°C all year round. Enjoy a breathtaking view while you’re at it!
You’re guaranteed to work up a sweat here! You can look forward to a Finnish sauna at around 90°C as well as a bio sauna at around 50°C and up to 45 percent humidity.
At a pleasant temperature of 40 to 55°C and almost 100% humidity, our steam bath offers the ideal balance to saunas.
Deep heat that reaches and relaxes even the smallest muscle – that’s what you’ll find on our infrared bench, which also offers a cold/warm foot basin for maximum relaxation.
Sweating is followed by cooling down. Help yourself to the fresh ice from our fountain and cool your joints with it for the ultimate effect.
Our vitamin bar and lounge invite you to while away the hours and provide the necessary replacement sugars & fluids after sweating.

The sauna area in our spa hotel in Ischgl is a clothing-free zone.

The entire pool area with terrace is closed from 09:00 pm. Caution! Entering the pool cover is not allowed – risk of drowning!
Our SkyPool is a textile area and is also accessible for children.
