Small print

General:

• The price includes our gourmet breakfast, evening buffet and the use of our Zalwonder wellness. 
• Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10am.
• Vegan menus will be automatically charged for € 25,00 per day and menu.
• We kindly ask you to pay for your stay upon arrival - you can settle the bill in cash, with EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
• Arrival is possible until 9pm - if you arrive later, please let us know 24 hours before arrival.
• Parking available in our garage / € 8 per day and car (reservation required)
• Private parking spaces are available
• An e-charging station is located directly in front of the house - charging is based on charging volume.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
• A deposit of 30% is required to complete your reservation.
• With the exception of the cancellation conditions, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Winter:

• The prices are per night plus local tax per person & day. 
• When booking a short holiday (1-3 days) we charge a surcharge of € 20,- per day and person.
• Ski passes are available at the hotel by cash payment only.

Summer:

• The prices are per night plus local tax per person & day. 
• When booking a short holiday (1-3 days) we charge a surcharge of € 10,- per day and person.
