General terms and conditions

Cancellations:

• A paid deposit is not refundable
• Up to 3 months before arrival, 20% of the total price
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total price
• Within the last week before arrival, 100% of the total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Children's prices:
(with at least 2 full-paying adults in the room)

• 0 - 2,9 years € 34,-
• 3 - 5,9 years € 69,-
• 6 - 11,9 years € 82,-
• 12 - 15,9 years € 112,-
• From 16 years we charge the adult price.

The prices are per night & person plus local tax of € 3,-/person & night. The price includes our gourmet breakfast, evening buffet and the use of our Zalwonder wellness.

When booking a short holiday (1-3 days) we charge a surcharge of € 20,- per day and person. A 30% deposit is required to finalise your reservation.

The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to pay for your stay upon arrival - you can settle the bill in cash, with EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

Arrival is possible until 21:00 - if you arrive later, please inform us 24 h before arrival. Garage parking available / € 8 per day and car (reservation required)

An e-charging station is located directly in front of the house - billing is based on charging volume.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
